Who we are
Booked USA is a brand of WIN GROUP HOLDINGS LLC.
Booked USA books estimate appointments for home service contractors. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean WIN GROUP HOLDINGS LLC, doing business as Booked USA.
What we collect
Your business details, how to reach you, and your account records.
- Name, company, email and mobile phone number
- Your trade and the area you serve
- Appointment, billing and support records for your account
- Card details are entered on Stripe's secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
What we do with it
- Answer your inquiry and book your call with our team
- Run your account and send you booked appointments
- Bill the price in your service agreement and keep billing records
- Send you the text messages you agreed to (see below)
Text messages (SMS)
We only text you if you agree to it, and you can stop any time.
If you check the text message box on our form, Booked USA may text the mobile number you gave us about your inquiry, scheduling your call, your appointments and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that help us run the service. We do not sell your information.
We share what is needed with providers that help operate Booked USA, such as hosting, our customer database and messaging system, and payment processing (Stripe). We may also disclose information when the law requires it. The text message rules above always apply: your mobile number and your consent are never shared for marketing.
Homeowner information
Homeowner details in a booked appointment are given to the contractor only to follow up on that homeowner's request. Contractors must use that information lawfully.
Security and how long we keep it
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information. We keep account, appointment, billing and support records as long as needed to run the service, meet legal duties and resolve disputes.
