Who we are

Booked USA is a brand of WIN GROUP HOLDINGS LLC.

These terms are between you and WIN GROUP HOLDINGS LLC, doing business as Booked USA.

We run ads for your trade in your area and book homeowners onto your calendar for a free estimate.

Your plan, your service area and the price you pay for each booked appointment are set in the service agreement you sign with us.

You keep a card on file with us through Stripe.
Your card is charged the price in your service agreement when an appointment is booked.
No-shows are credited back as described in your service agreement.

Booked USA text messages: only if you agree, and you can stop any time.

What you get: texts from Booked USA about your inquiry, scheduling your call, your appointments and your account.
How you agree: by checking the text message box when you submit your details on our website.
How often: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Stop: reply STOP at any time to stop getting texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed.

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We never sell or share your mobile number or your consent for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

We book appointments. We cannot make a homeowner hire you. Results also depend on your follow-up, pricing and availability.
